Shipping & Delivery

Items are shipped using FedEx or Yellow Freight depending on the size of the item. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for standard shipping. Please note that these approximate times are for items already in stock. (Note: If purchasing Cotterman products please allow up to 14 days for shipping.)

All items sold are final sale. If there are any damages during the shipping process you will need to contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. If you feel you received a defective product, please contact Creech Ladder at (615) 242-8601.
